You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. This helps ensure you get the perfect fit or style you love.
Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, altered, or show signs of damage, unless they are defective.
Email us at contact@mashfit.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label or instructions based on your location and situation.
Ship the item back and drop us the tracking number for the return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used.
If you’ve requested an exchange, we will reserve the replacement item and ship it out immediately.
Returns are free if the item is incorrect, defective, or not as described.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
