30 Days Easy Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. This helps ensure you get the perfect fit or style you love.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, altered, or show signs of damage, unless they are defective.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@mashfit.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label or instructions based on your location and situation.

  3. Ship the item back and drop us the tracking number for the return.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used.

  • If you’ve requested an exchange, we will reserve the replacement item and ship it out immediately.

Return Shipping

  • Returns are free if the item is incorrect, defective, or not as described.

  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
