Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund—no questions asked.
If you’d like to cancel after the 24-hour window, please reach out promptly to see if your order hasn't shipped yet.
If cancellation is requested after order processing has begun, but before shipping, a 50% cancellation fee may apply to cover production or handling costs.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. At that point, you may initiate a return or exchange per our Return & Exchange Policy.
Custom-made or personalized items fall under the no-cancellation rule once production starts.
If you request cancellation after your custom order has been created or customized for you, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the order value.
Frequent cancellations may flag your account for review. We reserve the right to refuse service to accounts showing repeated cancellations or misuse.
