Billing Term & Condition

1. Order Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using a valid payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• Prices include product cost plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• By placing an order, you authorize Mash Fit to charge your selected payment method for the entire amount.

2. Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely using PCI-compliant methods.

• If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate.

• We reserve the right to cancel any orders with unauthorized or suspicious payment activity.

3. Sales Tax & Duties

• Sales tax is applied automatically at checkout for U.S. orders, based on the shipping destination.

• International customers may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees—these are not included in the order total.

4. Currency & Billing Errors

• Prices are displayed in your selected currency (e.g., USD, EUR). If your card processes payments in a different currency, your bank may apply foreign transaction fees.

• In the rare event of a billing error, please contact us immediately for resolution.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

• Refunds are issued only after receiving the returned items (see Return & Exchange Policy).

• When checking out, ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match to prevent fraud concerns.

• Chargebacks should be used only as a last resort—any disputes may delay processing of refunds.

6. Changes to Billing Terms

• Mash Fit reserves the right to update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Any significant changes will be effective from the time of posting. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
