Return window
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, in the original packaging where possible.
Return shipping cost
You're responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where an item arrived faulty, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered -- in those cases, contact us and we'll cover it.
How to start a return
Open the order in your order history and select "Request a return" -- available for 14 days after a paid order. We'll review your request and follow up with next steps. If you have trouble, you can always contact us directly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the item cost to your original payment method. This does not include the original shipping cost, if any was charged. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
